1. PRICING & CUSTOMS
PRICING POLICY
Prices displayed exclude VAT. The total order amount including VAT, if applicable, is visible at checkout. Products sold to clients in Spain will have a VAT rate of 21% applied. Clients outside of Spain will not be charged VAT at checkout but may be subject to taxes and duties upon delivery. Prices are in Euros.

CUSTOMS
Please note that all shipments outside Spain may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are imposed once a shipment reaches your country. As we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you.
To ensure a smooth transaction and avoid any potential issues with taxes, we kindly request that you consult with your local customs office or taxation authority before placing your order. In the event that you refuse to pay taxes and your order is returned to us, we will provide a partial refund of 50% of the order amount.

2. PAYMENT METHODS

Upon receipt of payment, we will confirm acceptance of your order by sending an email to the address provided on your order form within 48 hours (excluding weekends).

3. ORDERS
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. If we cancel an order, we will notify you via email. Orders for priority delivery cannot be cancelled or refunded. For more information, please contact us at info@savage-club.com
ORDER CANCELLATION
If you change your mind or make a mistake with a transaction, please contact us immediately to cancel your order: info@savage-club.com. We cannot cancel orders that have already been dispatched. Made to order items cannot be cancelled once they are in production. Refunds for cancelled orders paid via Paypal will deduct the fees charged by Paypal.

4. PACKAGING
Each item is meticulously wrapped in a cotton bag and placed inside a high-quality carton box to ensure that the product arrives in pristine condition. An additional gift card can be added free of charge, making them perfect for gifting. The packaging description can be found in the product details. We take great care to ensure that the exterior packaging is discreet and does not reveal the contents inside for secure delivery.

5. SHIPPING AND RETURN
DELIVERY FEES
Delivery fees are calculated based on the products and services selected. Standard delivery in Spain is €7.50 for most items. Large or high-value packages cost €10-€20. International delivery charges vary by region. Most small items cost €25 and large or high-value items cost €35 or more. Savage Club may change the listed prices without notice due to courier fee changes.
DELIVERY
Savage Club aims to provide a fast and efficient delivery service to our customers. Orders will be process within 24 hours of receiving payment, excluding weekends and bank holidays. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on product availability, and we advise checking the item description for specific information.
Savage Club is committed to the art of craftsmanship and the preservation of our planet. We are an independent company that believes in producing unique, sustainable, and high-quality leather accessories. Due to our philosophy of creating slow fashion, we hold a limited number of in-stock items. Therefore, orders within Spain can expect delivery within 2-3 weeks, while international orders can take up to 3-5 weeks. We will provide you with an estimated delivery time via email after your purchase has been made, and we will inform you of any delays. If you have any questions or specific requests regarding production times, please feel free to email us at info@savage-club.com.
All deliveries will be dispatched through registered post and require a signature upon receipt. We work with various delivery services such as Correos, SEUR, DHL, UPS, and other courier companies. If you prefer an alternative delivery option, we can arrange for private courier services for an extra fee. International deliveries will be tracked and require a signature upon receipt. Please note that during holidays or postal strikes, there may be delays in delivery, but we will notify you promptly if there are any issues.
